United States v. Angel (N.D. Ohio):

Mr. Goodman tried Mr. Angel’s drug conspiracy case before a federal jury in Toledo.  The trial lasted more than five weeks and Angel was acquitted of all major counts.  Mr. Angel may be the only person charged with federal drug conspiracy who was given a leave of absence from his job to attend his trial (he was not fired) and allowed to return to his job when the case was over.
